When you don’t have time to swing by the branch, our automated phone banking system (Audio Response), lets you access your account from a touchtone phone. Just dial 888-329-7223.
With the 1st Gateway Credit Union's Audio Response you can:

- See recent transactions
- Transfer funds
- Make a loan payment and more!
To access your account you will need your account number and PIN. Your default PIN will be the primary account holder’s Social Security Number. Upon your first log-in, you will select a new PIN to use going forward.
